Warranty & Certificate

What is your Warranty policy?

For every Amilia Greene piece, you get a 2 year warranty for any manufacturing defects. This does not cover damages caused by accidents, scratches arisen from normal wear, neglect or improper use.

At Amilia Greene, we aspire for each of our pieces to perfectly complement your brilliance. Should you feel that a piece doesn't quite match your expectations, we offer returns for eligible fine jewelry, engagement rings, or wedding bands. These can be returned for a refund to the purchaser’s original method of payment within 21 days of delivery.

For those who prefer a refund to a gift card, we extend the return period to 45 days. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all original documentation, to qualify for a refund.

Please note, there are some exceptions: personalized items like nameplates, any jewelry we've resized or modified, items damaged through misuse or altered by third-party jewelers, and custom-designed pieces are not eligible for return.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a stated reason for the return. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned items.

Amilia Greene offers complimentary return shipping from the US, Canada, European Union, and United Kingdom. However, we cannot arrange FedEx pickups for returns.

Returns & Recycling Fees: Sustainability is a core principle at Amilia Greene, influencing every step from creation to the final piece. Engagement rings, wedding bands, and made-to-order fine jewelry are uniquely crafted for each order. To align with our sustainability commitments, a recycling fee of $300 USD / CA$300 / A$300 / £300 / €300 for engagement rings, and $50 USD / CA$50 / A$50 / £50 / €50 for wedding bands and other made-to-order items, will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of unsetting diamonds and recycling the gold. Remember, each engagement ring and wedding band purchase comes with our Lifetime Care Package, which includes one complimentary resize within a full US size.

If you decide to return your purchase but plan to buy another item, we will issue a full refund (excluding any engraving fees for wedding bands and engagement rings) to a gift card. Amilia Greene digital gift cards are non-refundable, have no expiration date, and can be used for any design on our site.

Our ready-to-ship designs can be returned or exchanged without a recycling fee being applied.
